I started having headaches about 8 months ago and the go debilitating. The doctor ran blood work and found that I did have mono which was very unusual since I had gotten it from my girlfriend when I was 16, now I'm 38. Dr. Gave me tramadol (pain med) to help. It helps and also gives me energy but at the cost of rebound headaches and loss of energy. I am still having headaches almost daily. I believe that they are stress headaches and do best when I am exercising, resting right, plenty of fluids and low on sugars and cokes. Caffeine only one cup coffee a day. Very low doses of Tramadol only when needed.

You could be sick and it could be something like Mono that will stay in your system and only give you slight symptoms. The best thing is to go to your doctor and let them do some blood tests.

I have been getting these headaches and tiredness that come around the same time everyday and the only way to get rid of it is to sleep or I feel sick. Ive thought of goin to my gp but feel abit stupid goin in there because of tiredness and headache. I have been dieting and excercising a lot recent so I'm thinking it might be that.

I am having he same problem. I know I don't just have a bug or something along those lines because it goes away then comes back. I think there's a possibility that it's caused by a food allergy actually.
