Why Does My Spine Hurt So Bad In The Morning When I Wake Up I Cant Even Move It Hurts So Bad?

well I went to the Doctor a year ago and I got a x-ray and it said my spine is a little cricked and I might have back pains when I m older but I don't know if that has anything to do with your problem
