I'm not sure if this answer is correct or not, but I caught roundworms from my cat. I was recently de-wormed and vomited up and pooped out little black things that look like poppy seeds. These black things were not due to abdominal bleeding (i.e. "coffee grounds") and one of them that I vomited up appeared to have a sprout (like a baby worm). I'm also searching for pics of them on the net. If I find them I'll let you know.
