If it is your hot tub you can get in there with any disease you want to, but I would not get in someone else,s hot tub, plus not sure if it would be a good thing for the ringworms, I thought it was best to keep them dry, not sure its been a long time since I have even heard of the disease, I think you would be better keeping them dry as possible and keep the medication on them as supplied by a doctor......the best to you
