No, not really, there are really no symptoms. The best way is go get tested, especially if you had unprotected sex. You never know, what's up with your partner. Better to be on the safe side. If you know early enough you can live a very long time. Otherwise if not it may be too late if it gets to the full blown stage oF aids. I'm hiv positive since may 19, 1994 and I'm feel great, but I see my doctor on a regular and take my medications as directed.
