Exfoliate your skin before showering or bathing. Exfoliating gets rid of all the dead skin cells. After showering or bathing be sure to hydrate your skin with a moisturizer that has Alpha and Beta. I find neutrogena moisturizers to be the best and they contain Alpha and Beta.
