I have stage 6 cirrhosis and hepc and am taking meds.I'm led to believe that as long as I respond to treatment and keep off alcohol my liver will improve.I think stage6 is not quite deaths door but you will have to be carefull how you treat your liver from now on.I advise you to speak to your specialist as every case is different and you seem ill at ease.I don't think its panick stations yet.Yours fellow sufferer
