I see your problem, but your doctor should be able to advise you if this is safe. So I would go back to the hospital and ask them to show you how to do it yourself maybe. Doing it yourself with out a doctors consent could be a bad move.
Is It Ok To Lance Boils Yourself?
I don't think so because if this will not be properly carried out in a sterile manner then the chance of introducing the infection beneath the skin is very high. Remember that staph bacteria is the one responsible for boils.
