Bladder is part of urinary tract. Other parts of the urinary tract are kidneys, ureters and urethra. Infection of bladder does not cause high blood pressure but if this infection is not treated on time then it can spread to kidneys. When kidneys are infected then there may be increase or decrease in the blood pressure.
