Yes, HIV/AIDS can cause hair loss. I have not taken medicine for a while due to insurance and I have half of my hair that has recently fallen out. I am looking for something to help stop it. I believe if your immune system gets too low your hair falls out. I am praying for all Aids patience as well as myself.
