Normal blood pressure for a healthy individual  is 120/80 but if you are healthy adult then normal blood pressure can be below 140/90. If someone is having cardiovascular diseases, kidney disease, diabetes etc then goal of treatment of high blood pressure in these patients is to bring the blood pressure below 130/80. So, if you are of 65 years of age and without any diseases then your normal blood pressure is less than 14/90.
