The agent orange is an herbicide used by the US army in Vietnam war. Both these defects are not caused by agent orange. The spina bifida is birth defect of spine. The exact etiology is not known but It might be due to malnutritions and lack of folic acid during pregnancy. There is no scientific evidence which show that spina bifida is due to agent orange.
