I see your glucose is high and your bun and anion gap are low, but the other text is a bit garbled.  This is what I see: High wbc, rdw, neutrophil and low lymph.  Unfortunately, with just this information all that I can say is you may be diabetic (if you were fasting before this blood was drawn), and you likely have an infection.  The low calcium is the only sort of unusual thing here, but could be explained by a low albumin.

that post operative blood work and yes i am a diabetic and egfr >60 what ever that is

eGFR is an estimate of your kidney function. An eGFR > 60 just means that your kidneys are working adequately.
