Yes, it does.. Either you wear glasses, or you turn the lights full! That way, it'll be better =)

Also, it's best to have the light coming from behind you, not in front or above.

It does strain your eyes and it is good to have the lighting behind you, if continuously done it can worsen eye sight

It does strain your eyes and it is good to have the lighting behind you, if continuously do it cannot worsen eye sight. In fact, it's proven that dim light can make reading more difficult to read or focus on, but no, it can't worsen your eyesight.

Yes, of course it does because your eyes need to strain to see it, and your eyeballs will grow bigger, which is the cause of bad eyesight
