Your question is not complete. What do you mean by creatinine problem? High or low? In blood or urine? Anyhow, an increase in blood creatinine and decrease in urine indicates kidney problem. White blood cells are related with immune system and their function is to fight against infection.
Out of many conditions, one called pyelonephritis which is infection of kidney by bacteria, increases the creatinine levels in blood and also white blood cells. Other than this condition, no direct relation exist between creatinine and WBC.
