Zocor contains simvastatin which is a cholesterol lowering agent. This drug does not affect gallbladder but can cause constipation, diarrhea, nausea, stomach upset, bloating, stomach pain, gas and heartburn.
Crestor contains rosuvastatin which is also an cholesterol lower medicine. Along with many side effects, this drug also causes jaundice and is not given in people with liver disorders. So, indirectly this drug might have some effects on gallbladder.

Talking about any drugs, remember that DOSE IS EVERYTHING. Overdose of any medication will damage your health, that's a well known fact. Be responsible and read instructions properly, consult a professional before taking something (you can always consider Online pharmacy USA if you want to save some money).
