Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune disease which is characterized by the widespread pain in muscles and ligaments. Fibromyalgia causes depression and anxiety in addition to many other problems. Studies suggest that stress due to depression or anxiety can cause hormonal imbalances leading to cycle irregularities including amenorrhea or absence of periods.
Your body pain can be due to many reasons including fibromyalgia but in my opinion, you should not make guess about your problem and visit to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
