Its fine I had the same problem and I had it for a lot longer than what your are saying and I just left it and it went you can tell its a milk gland because if you actually squeeze it you get some clear liquid that comes out of your nipple hope I helped

I strongly suggest you go and see your doctor about this. You never know, it could be nothing, and you could be freaking yourself out over nothing. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

As far as I'm aware, these could be milk glands, both men and women lactate during puberty and this could be what you see, but I agree with Angel1234, get it checked out!

Ok I'm having the same problem but I'm not worried, I ask my very close Sunday school teacher and she didn't even have to look she just new that it was a gland and said that I wouldn't even have to go to the doc in less it hurts or bothers me!!!

I have one on my left nipple I'm 12 I'm not worried because every one told me the same thing its puberty ps it can't be a tumber a tumer hurts but you can't touch it I also talked to an online doctor and he told me the same thing!!!

I have the same problem (I'm 13 nearly 14) and it first appeared a couple of years ago and it was really small then it disapeared then it came back about a year ago and has been getting bigger since and it worries me to but I'm to scared and shy to tell my dad or dr. About and it is really noticable. What should I do?
