I would say if you know you are sleeping with someone who has a std or hiv (AIDS) then you are stupid....please get tested and stop. LET hiv postive people sleep together. DO you have a death wish!!

I would say that the chances are low if you are using proper protection. But the guarantees of condoms are not really 100% so it would be safe to get tested regularly.
