I think you need to check your body mass index on net by putting your weight and height... But probably I think you r little bit! Anyway work hard to lose it... Do you feel tight while wearing a cloth or you can watch your feet by standing straing 90 degree... ! Take care friend!

I can see my feet I have really big boobs and that is a major contribute to my weight. I also wanna know how to lose the weight.

1st you need to make a balance diet than follow it till you loose some weight... Try to avoid fat and carbohydrate content food... Drink lots of water and exercise a day normaly 20-30mint! Hope you will loose yor weight and come with me on a date!!

84kg for a female is a bit too much. But I guess it's okay as long as you don't have any health issues.

According to my research, 84 kg is equal to 185 pounds. The ideal weight of a woman who is 5'3" is in the range between 104 and 127 pounds.
