Blurred vision can be caused by overworking your eyes(not getting sleep).it could be a sign of diabetes.it could be a allergy.drug related side effects. We need more information why you are connecting blurred vision with the flu.I guess blurred vision could be a side affect of any flu if you became dehydrated or were allergic to or had a drug interaction with the shot.you would need to discuss your individual case with a doctor.
