Yes in fact I believe they do because my eyes are a hazel color that I this beleive in being hazel because they are light brown then deep pine green then there is a deep blue gray ring on the outside. But I know for a fact that if I cry my eyes change to a silver blue color. And one day I was so hyper in gym I was bouncing off walls and my friend told me my eyes were silver and another time when I was angry my eyes went darker then normal not black but like dark green-brown
