I have large hard bumps on my shoulders and back that don't go away. Kinda look like acne but they don't have any pus and they don't hurt. What are they? How do I get rid of them?

I have them too, and this is what my dermatologists said, they are similiar to pimples in that certain soaps block the pores and these are the result and the one only way to get rid of them is to have them surgically removed in the office by Dr and to change soap so they recommended Dial as it's a better soap. You squeeze them hard enough a white semi hard gel comes out but doesn't ever go away til cuts out and they stink enormously if played with.
