This could be a case of piles from the rectum and the dizziness is most likely caused by the bleeding you could internal piles so its probably best to get it checked if the blood is bright red its quite possibly piles or an anal fisher a small tear on the rectum which can be painful when going to the toilet I hope this helped you out some
