Not likely as this is a serum borne desease.

You may need to elaborate on "serum borne" as I fear not all our users have the technical vocabulary the biologist in you takes for granted John ;)

Blood borne, basically, or needing to be borne in other bodily fluids.

PS: Generally other than saliva borne, though there is a possible case of HIV transmission through oral sexual intercourse. Possible, but the consensus is not there.
