I have fat genes which means well, im bigger like the rest of my family. I eat way less and healthier than all my freinds and yet they are still skinnier. They don't even do loads of sport. Help?

I don't really think there is scientific evidence to back up 'fat genes'. Bigger boned, larger frame, yes, but nothing says you'll be big if your family is also big. Things like thyroid disorders can be genetic. Have you or your family ever had thyroid testing? Also cortisol levels should be checked, its a type of hormone that can cause excess fat, especially around the midsection. Also eating 6 small meals per day is a lot better than just 1 or 2, especially if you're active. If you don't get enough calories while active, your body goes into starvation mode and stores fat. Lay off of carbs and do a lot of protein. You can have steak and a small potatoe or chicken and rice. Try to keep proteins high and carbs low.
