What causes pain in your heels?

You may have heel spurs, or you're shoes are not fitting properly. I stand on my feet the majority if the day, had terrible foot/heel pain, to the point I was going to go to a podiatrist, I decided to try getting some orthotic insoles from Dr. Scholls, I let the machine scan my feet, and purchased the recommended insoles......best investment I've ever made! 

Probably saved me a whole lot of money! No more foot pain!

It depends on your circumstance. Maybe you've been walking more than usual, or been wearing shoes that aren't as supportive as your feet are used to, or shoes that are too tight.
