You might have a kidney or urinary tract infection. I rarely have other symptoms other than back pain. Other symptoms to look for.....pain or burning when you pee, frequent urination, maybe a fever. Try drinking some cranberry juice and plenty of water.
Given the symptom you provide sounds like kidney stones. You might need to get blood work done. Concerning creatinine level these level can indicate kidney disease so I strongly recommended a visit with your doctor or a simple trip to the ER if you don't have a doctor.
