I feel I am worth nothing. I am rubbish at everything. Can someone please tell me I'm worth it and something I'm good at?

You're not worthless, no one is. You have value as a human being. You typed your question very well, you're good at typing. There you go, that's one thing right off the bat. Now, think of other things that you do well, don't dwell on things that you can't do well.

It would be best for your mental health to discuss this with someone. There are a lot of people out there that you can talk to.

The easy thing to say is, 'You're worth a lot. You're needed, you're talented, you're special!' And it is true, but I somehow feel that you've gone past that.

Maybe you don't believe it no matter how many times people say it?

May I suggest you seek professional help from a counsellor? If you have access to the NHS in the UK you can be referred by you GP.  I'm sure other countries have similar facilities. Or you can pay if you can afford it - or even if it's a struggle to pay I would say it could be the best investment you could make.

The way you describe your feelings makes me think that this is affecting your life very negatively. Take action now - please don't delay.

In the meantime you will find a great bunch of people here on Blurtit, I know for sure you can get support.  Keep sharing!
