How do I get over guilt?

Guilt is your concience telling you dud wrong you need to rectify whAT YOU DID or apoligize to someone .o matter how embarrassing

Thanks, but this kind of guilt is something I shouldn't be feeling, since I wasn't really at fault. I don't know why I feel this way...

... I wasn't "really" at fault ... usually said by someone who WAS, at least partially, at fault.
