I believe I have an anger problem, I've ripped some of my shirts with my bare hands from pure anger, and at the smallest things too, such as a mild and brief argument with somebody. Does anyone know any good techniques for calming down?

When you feel it coming on, count to ten before you act on your impulses.

Believe it or not, anger comes from you, no one can make you mad, you are the only one who can make yourself mad! Think about it?
