I currently have a very painful headache, and another pain in one ear. What is causing this and what can be done to get rid of these pains?

For the headache, you can try taking some Tylenol or Excedrin migraine if you're not allergic, put some ice on your head and drink something with caffeine. For your earache, whatever you take for your headache should cover the earache also.....try a hair dryer on warm setting, let the air blow on your ear.
