I'm a light sleeper but I sleep very well, all through the night.

I'm a deep sleeper.  Sometimes I wake up after a few hours, grateful for the bathroom nightlight.  I usually go right back to sleep.

I often have trouble sleeping. I read something last year about drinking some warm milk before bed can actually help you sleep. If I pour a glass of milk and let it sit for about a half hour before drinking it makes it about room temperature. When I drink that I do sleep better.

Fall asleep quickly, tend to have incredibly bizarre dreams when I remember them, but I also always wake up at least once in the middle of the night to use the bathroom--I wish I didn't have to do that, but it's been that way since I was a little kid.

I occasionally get a full night's sleep but mostly I just toss n turn until I can get up and put an end to the struggle.

Its 3am and now its 4am. 💤 No matter what time I go to bed I still wake up between 3 and 4 a.m. I get up some shout-outs, watch a TV and go back to bed and I still wake up at 6:30 a.m. well I won't complain at least I get to go to sleep.

I sleep soundly the whole night through, but my body must have a built-in alarm clock because I wake up the same time ( give or take 10 minutes) every day whether I have an alarm set or not.

Sometimes I sleep really well. Other times not so much. If I have worked that day, it's usually trying to shut off the IV alarms, call lights, "hey nurse I want my pain medicine" then trying to quit figuring out if I did everything I was supposed to. Once that's accomplished, I generally fall asleep, only to be awakened with "nurses legs" (anyone who's on their feet and walking all day understands this too!)
