No ... It's probably just a cramp. My doctor has banned me from web MD because I think everything is cancer now .. Maybe you should see your doctor then.

Only in rare instances, such as bone cancer. Most often it is leg cramps. Pinched nerve, pulled muscle, or arthritis.
