Hi Mark!  Good to see you back!

I'm sorry you're still having problems with your foot.  I wish I could diagnose for you, but it's just not possible.  You'll need to have your doctor look into it.  There could be nerve damage, as Otis said.  The bones themselves may have become misaligned after surgery.  There's so many possibilities.

"See your doctor," may sound cliché, but it really is best.

I have chronic pain from breaking my foot too, but I doubt my issues are the same.  I just stopped in to welcome you back, and wish you well.

Edit:  You may have tried these things, but in case it helps-

Here's a link.  There are many sites to choose from.

YouTube has several videos.

Night splint to aid in stretching.  Many are at your local pharmacy.

Nerve damage. Anytime you do some good injury to yourself u have nerve damge. Surgeries also cause nerve damage. U can go see a orthopedic surgeon or a neroligist

It might be totally unrelated to the break.

Best to get a differential diagnosis from a doctor.

The foot is complicated.
