Maybe you could ask someone who can give you a real answer... Like a doctor. Why would a bunch of randoms on the internet know what is making your bum itch?
I am a teen girl and have a cyst or something on my bum. It really itches and has been there for about a month now. Does anyone know what this could be?

It 'could be' any number of things .. But, very likely just an infected pimple .. ONLY your doctor can diagnose what it actually is.
