Do I need 8 hours of sleep total or can it be like 3 hours of sleep, 2 hours of activity then 5 more hours of sleep to add up to 8 hours total?

It's best to get your sleep all at once as you go through different stages of sleep....a couple of hours broken up isn't going to allow your body to rest and recuperate properly

Normally, the most suitable way is to sleep consecutive very in order and organized. Reaching the eight hours scale in a proper way. Your body reflect the result very more reliable and decent this way.

But in a unusual condition, if you have to come up with such schedule and you looking to see if it is going to harm you. You must know it can do enough till you get free off of the schedule.however, if you be able to find another solution, it'll be more suit. At the end, whatever you do, do not skip sleeping as much as you can. Catch your required resting time anytime possible.
