I used to smoke like a bloody chimney and I drink too very much on the weekends :) but I do go the gym everyday before work when I'm in town :) I have taken Pilates most of my life and I am certified to teach yoga :) I'm no where near as good as the girl in the video but it's my new work out and I really have a passion for it :) I've given up drinking on Friday nights for it cos my Intructor let myself and a friend have the space in the evening :) I love it more than tequila :p

Ugh.... I have a true real life "white coat hypertension" and finally after twenty something years I have not been successful at getting it to come down even at home. :0(
I finally gave them the okay to put me on a medicine. I know it is petty but I feel defeated and blue.

I am on Enalapril , this is because of high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. (also have a ring in my heart to keep mitral valve working properly).
You should not feel your problems are your fault. Many problems are inherited and there is now something you can do about them, like taking medicine. If you get a headache do you feel defeated, probably not, you take and aspirin and enjoy your day.. right?

WOW! That is exactly what I needed to hear to "get it!" You are right! The Tylenol does what it is intended to do and WITHOUT the headache I can be an even BETTER me! I am less snappy at the kids, I don't hide out in a dark room, in a way I come back to life so I can enjoy the life God has given me!!! WOW! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! :0)
That speaks a lot to me!
I didn't mean to dull over your first paragraph. I just wanted to thank you first thing! I am so sorry about the congestive heart failure and cardiac problems. You are a strong person. I will keep you in prayer!!!!! :0)

How is your friend and mom?

My friend has been given some medicine and is doing better. She is suppose to go in for her next round of chemo. They may change it, or skip it.

My mom's biopsy is Monday. It has been 15 years or more since she had anything suspicious and they were all benign. I am hoping for a repeat. It is just that her mother was a little younger than what my mom is now, when she died of breast cancer. So we are both concerned but haven't actually said it to each other. Family mantra, don't worry about anything unless you know you have something to worry about.

I like that theory! I would like to practice that more often. I want to give you an encouraging word. My best friend had a biopsy a week ago Tuesday. (Radiologist said it looked like breast cancer and within 18 hours had her in for 12 biopsies.) BOTH of her sisters had breast cancer. I was preparing for the words "malignant." But the biopsies came back ALL benign!!!! There is always hope! :0)
