Hundreds. People commit suicide over love because they feel like, for example, one woman (or man) decides she doesn't love the man she's engaged with. The husband commits suicide because he feels lost, lonely, or hopeless to try again. The number gets bigger and bigger, but in the beginning, all the husband could have done was look for someone else.
