These are all related rheumatoid conditions, with very similar symptoms. The butterfly rash, though, is specific to systemic lupus erythematosus.  (It used to be known as the pathognomonic sign for SLE, but not anymore. ) You probably have SLE, as a major disorder. But I think it would be prudent to consult your primary health provider about this, since they know your history better.
