There are many signs of fibro. No two people will have the same symptoms. Her are just some of mine  - not being able to focus on everyday activities. Forgetting how to get to work., know as fibro-fog. Sore pressure points in the neck and back. Now rated 11 out of 18 would be positive for fibro.  Problems with your body when the temperature is about to change. Pains in the joints and muscles. Hypersensitivity - the lightest of touch will be extremely painful. Extreme fatigue, ALWAYS TIRED for no reason even if you just woke up. Over exertion / under active will cause a flair up. Extreme pain for no reason.

My symptons consist of lymp nodes swelling, sore throat at times. Neck pain, headaches.  body aches and pains. Brain fog, started having cramps in my feet. Skin sore to the touch at times. Depression has been a big issue,  exhausted all the time.  can't sleep without meds to help. I'm a total wreck but I may get tired but I don;t give up!!!  god bless all of you that are going thru these things, just be strong and put it in gods loving hands.

I'm unsure if I have Fibromyalgia but I tend to think so after being tested I was told I had cervical and lumbar D.J.D. But my muscle hurt in the calves of my legs and my feet are in so much pain to where I wear T.E.D. Hose to relieve the pain, my knees are on fire at times, I'm very weak and run down I can't do anything around the house, I sleep very little, cry over the silliest things, feel worthless and most of all I even told my doctor I don't care if I go on living....This all started many years ago and its got the best of me now I don't leave home unless I go to the doctors and my husband tries everything from rubbing my body and at times I can't stand the touch do to the pain I endure...I do have many other medical problems so I'm unsure what is what anymore.
Can you help me out. Thank Judy

It is important to note that people suffering from fibromyalgia have all over pain, not just part of the body. It is the most important test doctors do to diagnose this condition. You will have pain in points in the neck, shoulders, wrists, elbow, waist, hips, knees, ankles, and places in between. There are also other symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome and loss of memory. Chronic headaches and tiredness.

Have your tried Neurotin? It is similar to Lyrica but less expensive. It really helps with nerve pain. I ran out last month and misplaced the bottle and it took at least a week before I remembered to go to pharmacy to see if I had a refill. When it was back in my system, I felt the difference. I was feeling all of the things you listed above. I hope you have gotten some relief since your last post. God bless!
