It really sounds like you have an allergy to something in your room. Have you changed anything recently? Have any pets in your room? High dust content? Do you leave windows open at night? You do need to go to the eye Dr and get  medicated eye drops. I don't think anything over the counter will help you.

Allergy tests have been done nothing serious enough to cause this.

I suggest you call back your allergist to let them know what has happened to you. The symptoms you have could be serious.

Do you wear contacts? I wore contacts for 10 years and last October after sleeping in them twice (which I had done before) they were very red and looking into the light hurt.  I went to see the optometrist (for a new pair of glasses) and it turned out I had a corneal ulcer on my eye.  I have been wearing glasses 80% of the time since.  Please, go see a doctor if this persists.  It may be a serious issue, protect your eyes and don't take your eyesight for granted.
