Well I have gas to and I have abdomen pain to it could be a sigh of diabetes and if you have nausea or vomiting and have a dark area in the back of your neck that is a chance that you have diabetes but there is a alote of side efects you can get from other things so mabey you should go doctors but pray that you feel better I'm kinda scared for me cause I have the same thing like just be hopeful
