Depending on where its located. If you can see the breathing hole, pack it with Vaseline so that it can not breathe. It will come out on its own. Although you can squeeze it out, its not recommended as you may damage the worm and its full of bacteria which can cause a serious secondary infection. I'm having a problem with one living in my kittens nostril. My vet isn't in today and I just realized last night this is what it is.
