Yes there are number of ways through which you can cover this. If there is a slight problem then the best solution is eye liner. Use black eye liner and define your eye shape and see the magic.

1 solution would be to wear deep necks so that the focus remains on your smile..
And if you really wana wear makeup wear very little eye makeup...
Just a lite shimmer eyeshadow line on both the eyes and then curl the eye that seems smaller...
You can also go in for a hair fringe on the side you done want the eye to show..

ok
apply foundation!! All over you face!! Liquid set it by using translucent powder!! << foundation
then use three eye shawdows!!
Use a light colour, medium and dark!! Use the light all over then medium in the crease and dark on the right blend!!
This will give you that shape you are looking for!!
Then do mascara and eye liner!!
As yes eye liner will help define that shape but the eye shadow will define it the most!!
