Chlamydia is sexually transmitted disease and can causes genital and eye infections. It can not cause infection on face. Chlamydia if not treated then can cause pelvic inflammatory disease in woman leading to infertility. In men, it can cause pain and inflammation in testis. This infection can spread to eyes if you touch eyes with contaminated fingers. Chlamydia is treated by antibiotics.
