I Have A Constant Discharge, No Itching Or Burning...but There Is A Fart Smell. Some Days It's Stronger. I've Tried A Lot Of Different Yeast Infection Treatments. They Don't Seem To Be Working...what Is Going On?

You have not mentioned the color of discharge. If it is white then it can be bacterial infection and if it is yellowish with bad smell ten it can be protozoan infections. I advise to visit a doctor for differential diagnosis and prescription. Also advise your partner to take medicine.
