Had a similar ear block problem, with almost complete deafness since Tuesday and then last night trawling for answers there was a suggestion of putting my ear over a cup full of boiling water. As old school as it sounds, it worked an absolute treat and can hear again now.
Sounds like it's time for a doctors visit or to have tubes put in your ears to help aid in drying out the ear. Put in the eustacheon tubes by a simple surgery to help prevent possible hearing loss. But since I'm not a doctor you need to talk to a doctor. Instead of waiting till it gets worse.
Go to an ear doctor they take out the wax but it doesn't hurt
Have you thought about having them shringed or putting a roll of cotton wool soaked in olive oil in at bed time to soften the area it may easr things
I have been getting these since I was a child. My parents always took me to our doctor. In early years he used a long set of tweezers to pull the offending matter out. As time went by things have improved in the medical world. The last time this happened to me was three years ago and using the Murine kit with the rubber syringe only made it worse. I went to my doctor and she used a vacuum with a very small, thin hose to suck the clog out. I had no insurance at the time but this still only cost me seventy dollars out of pocket.
Try using Debrox its over the counter, it will help loosen any wax build up. Also, get a medicine syringe from your local Pharmacy and put warm water and peroxide mixture in your ear. Squirt it down in the canal, let it soak in for a few minutes, it will start bubbling. Then get another syringe, and suck the fluid back out. I had to do this for my daughter last year, she had a double-ear infection and her one ear would not clear up for nothing. Good-Luck.
What you can do is ask your doctor for nasinax. I think that's how it's spelled. I should for all the mucus that is clogging your ear to surface.
