The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. I have thyroid issues and am on a raw vegan diet.  I know you should avoid certain foods like Kale, Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflour, pears, Spinach, strawberries, apricots, soy etc.  I do know the fastest way to repair your thyroid is to juice lots of organic vegetables and fruits that are not antagonistic to the thyroid..  I also take chinese herbal formulas to build up my thyroid and adrenal glands.  Hope this helps.

Oh also get some Maca that definately helps with regulation of hormones.

Oh and get some maca and put in a smoothie. It will help balance your hormones naturally.
