I have thyroid issues and am on a raw vegan diet. I know you should avoid certain foods like Kale, Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflour, pears, Spinach, strawberries, apricots, soy etc. I do know the fastest way to repair your thyroid is to juice lots of organic vegetables and fruits that are not antagonistic to the thyroid..
