A fire from fat, is impossible to put out with water

if a fat reaches a temperature of 300 degrees C, a flame will appear, it will be a non aggressive flame, if you do try to put it out with water, (know that fat floats on water) all the fat particles will spread, because the particles are small, the temperature is right, a flame will appear, but because there are so many flames, it will be a gigantic flame

why don't use water on a fat fire, because it burns your house
